Pentru ce se folosesc?

  • Fluorizare
  • Impotriva scrasnitului dintilor in somn (bruxism)

Cum se folosesc?

1. Luati o cana cu apa calda (aproximativ 80°C). ATENTIE! Apa nu trebuie sa fie fiarta, altfel riscati sa stricati gutierele.

2. Puneti mulajul in apa si tineti acolo nu mai mult de 5 secunde

3. Puneti gutiera pe dinti si apasati cu degetele astfel incat sa se muleze pe dinti. Puteti sa trageti aerul afara din gutiera in timp ce o muscati pentru o mai mare eficienta.

4. Taiati manerul de plastic al fiecarui mulaj.

5. Acum puteti pune un contur de gel de albire / desensibilizare / fluorizare de-a lungul mulajului pentru dintii de sus si pentru mulajul dintilor de jos.

6. Puteti purta in timpul oricarei activitati sau in timpul somnului.

NU consumati lichide sau mancare in timp ce purtati mulajele!
